Orders process within 12-48 hours Monday-Friday & ship from Chicago, IL. Shipping times are 1 - 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email directly following your order & UPS tracking information email upon shipment.  

Address changes once UPS has shipped your order/package are subject to $20 fee. This is new policy with UPS.  Please double check your addresses before purchase.
